The Brazilian Felipe Massa Ferrari's second driver obtained a well-deserved victory as he took advantage of the opportunities which arose during the race. This became Massa's third victory during the present season and his 8th victory career-wise.

Liverpool are definitely winners on the pitch but losers of it as not only were they involved in best match in the champions league so far when they saw off Arsenal but they also defeated Blackburn yesterday to further strengthen their hopes of qualifying for champions league next season with Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres in sparkling form. Off the pitch is another matter with no one seemingly getting along with each other. Tom Hicks cannot stand George Gillette and wants him gone.

It's almost certain that Barcelona is going to win the Liga BBVA (Spanish Primera Devision) after the last match against Racing Santander (3-0). FC Barcelona took the lead after just 90 seconds of play, and Messi's penalty before the break was added to by Iniesta's low shot in the second period, to extend the gap to Real Madrid to 7 points. How about the Champions League?

It was hard to believe that the match between FC Barcelona and Valencia on 19th February 2012 marked Lionel Messi's 200th Spanish league appearance. It hardly seemed any time at all since he had been a young 17-year-old making occasional first team appearances and showing what a talent he was going to be; but nobody thought that his talent was so big. Since his first appearance in 2004 he has matured immensely, but despite his talent he has remained modest and unassuming.
