Review: Wrath of the Titans
by
Jaskee Hickman
Wrath of the Titans is a sequel to the 2010 film Clash of the Titans. It's based ten years after the first one and has the hero of that adventure Perseus (Sam Worthington) lying low and wanting to live a normal life while raising his son Helius (John Bell). He doesn't have many problems in the world and everything is going exactly like he wants it to at this point in his life. Little does he know, that a battle of godly proportions is about to take place that will change the world forever.

Exactly how far would YOU go to prove you are innocent of a crime? Assault a police officer? Arrange a heist?

Clash of the Titans
by
Josh L Rogers
The original Clash of the Titans came out in 1981 and was directed by Desmond Davis. Here we are on April 2, 2010 and it is coming back, in 3-D nonetheless, and is this time directed by Louis Leterrier.

Bill Bonfanti
It took fifteen years and countless dollars but James Cameron has crafted a multi-layered, action packed, visionary movie for the ages. Make no mistake about it, your kids will be showing Avatar to their kids twenty-five years from now.

Movie Review - Man on a Ledge (2012) (PG-13)
by
Chris Pandolfi
The premise of Man on a Ledge is not very likely when it starts, and it only gets progressively less likely the further it goes until it reaches an ending that might as well have been written for a fantasy novel. This might not have been a problem had the filmmakers gone all out and made it an escapist spy thriller - say, something along the lines of James Bond. Unfortunately, it was clear to me that they were taking this material seriously, and they actually expected audiences to do the same.

Movie Review: Wrath of the Titans (2012)
by
Joel Massie
In an attempt to outdo 2010's Clash of the Titans, the sequel Wrath of the Titans introduces larger, more insidious foes for the noble warriors to battle. Yet the bigger the monsters get, the smaller the story becomes. Wrath presents an overly simplistic, straightforward plot that rarely utilizes its potential for awe, trading a few moments of impressive special effects for genuine adventure.

Movie Review - Wrath of the Titans (2012) (PG-13)
by
Chris Pandolfi
I think what I appreciated most about Wrath of the Titans is that, unlike its 2010 predecessor, I wasn't forced into making comparisons between versions. Clash of the Titans was, of course, a remake of the 1981 film of the same name. Many people thought I was insane for liking that film. Many more were angry that I had the gall to say the remake was better than the original. As much as I don't like to fan flames, there's really no getting around this: It was better. It utilized actors capable of real acting, thereby giving performances that were decent. Its plot, while silly, was vastly more entertaining. And there's absolutely no convincing me that Ray Harryhausen's crude, amateurish claymation effects can even remotely hold a candle to the slick, smooth CGI available to us today. The 1981 film was thirty years too early.

Clash of the Titans 2010 Vs Clash of the Titans 1981
by
Kimberly M Smith
The 2010 recreation of Clash of the Titans is expected to be one of biggest films of the year. If box office sales to date are any inclination, this could not be more correct. This film will place another highly noted and admired notch on actor Sam Worthington's belt.

Stupid Ads versus the Bayer Lady
by
John T Jones, Ph.D.
We are plastered with television ads everyday. Sometimes I get so tired of ads interrupting my favorite television show that I switch the channel for something else until the ads are gone. I've found that I can watch two football games and Bonanza all at the same time without missing a beat. But sometimes, an ad does get though my ad "spam filter" because of its sincerity or cleverness. That's about the only time I watch an ad. My favorite ad right now is those sweet ladies saying, "I would say... And "It's me! I'm still here!" They are trying to get folks to take action against breast cancer.
