In considering the case brought before it - Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, the US Supreme Court made one of the most far-reaching rulings in decades. It is not the actual outcome of its deliberations I find most compelling in its ridiculousness. Rather it is the thought patterns I see from some of the Justices.

There use to be a separate secretariat too who are appointed to form the commission.

There is no guarantee that the targeted masses receive all the benefits from the welfare programmes being implemented by the successive governments both at the central level and at various state levels. Similarly, there is no guarantee that culprits would be punished during their life term in India.
