Purists beware.You may not like what you are about to read when it comes to the traditional Thanksgiving Turkey. While oven roasting a turkey gets it cooked, grilling that bird results in a turkey that is cooked with immense flavor. Being a "turkey experimental non-purist", I also recommend smoking and frying your bird as alternatives but that's an article for another day.
