April 21st is Administrative Professionals Day, as part of a whole-week observation of professional support staff members during the week of April 18th through 24th. When this holiday was first created, it was called Secretary's Day. By the time it was first celebrated in 1952, it was already renamed to National Secretaries Week by the US Chamber of Commerce.
