Critique of Brenda Maddox's Book: "Rosalind Franklin: Dark Lady Of DNA"
by
Bennie N Winter
This critique centers on the life of a remarkable woman: praised as a precocious child, excelling student, pioneering crystallographer and King's College physicist of no small repute. We owe much to her work capturing a visualization of the DNA sequence spiral.

Watson and Crick's Discovery of the Double Helix
by
Dan Manley
The history and story behind the discovery of DNA (DeoxyriboNucleic Acid) is a fascinating one, the discovery is often credited to molecular biologists James D. Watson and Francis Crick, however, that's not quite true. DNA itself was first isolated by Swiss physician Friedrich Miescher in 1896, when Meischer discovered a microscopic substance in pus that resided in the nuclei of cells which he named nuclein.

Who Discovered DNA, Life's Building Block?
by
Robert Grazian
DNA is a nucleic acid, is a kind of instruction manual that resides cells of all living things, and even types of viruses. Eukaryotic organisms or those who have a nucleus in their cells store the DNA material in the nucleus. These instructions tell each cell how to develop, and what functions to perform.
