Novak Djokovic Continues Reigning at Melbourne
by
Camilla Mancini
The 2012 Australian Open reached its final with the current two best tennis players in the world. Novak Djokovic said during his acceptance speech: "We made history tonight; unfortunately there couldn't be two winners tonight". And couldn't be more right about both statements, for they gave a 110% in this record-break match that has become their most memorable clash together until today.

Novak Djokovic - The Future Star Starts To Glimmer!
by
Sergio Cruz
The second hard fought final of the year and Roger Federer this time succumbed at the Canadian Open to an inspired Djokovic. The irony of the match is that Roger the final "king," the best big points player and tiebreaker leader was beaten in all departments. Does this mean anything for the US Open 2007? Nothing, zero, nada!

Novak Djokovic - Expectations for 2013
by
Karen Samartha Walker
The year 2012 proved to be sensational for men's tennis as it featured four separate grand slam winners. The year however proved less rewarding for Novak Djokovic whose performance over the season was over shadowed by his own historic achievements the preceding year when he won three major titles. At the onset of 2012, tennis pundits had predicted further accomplishment from the world number one and the enthusiastic forecast seemed true as he started 2012 with a stupendous win at the Australian Open when he defeated Rafael Nadal in a thrilling five set encounter in a...

Djokovic Favoured To Beat Nadal In Wimbledon 2011 Final
by
Suresh Iyer
Rafael Nadal has already lost his number one ranking to Novak Djokovic ahead of the clash in the Wimbledon 2011 man's final. The Spaniard will be wary of losing the match as well to his Serbian rival, who has been in imperious form this year, losing just one match against 50 matches won. The last time these players met was at the Campionati Internazionali d'Italia, in May, when Djokovic won in straight sets, following up on his win against Nadal at Madrid the previous month.

Novak Djokovic Doubtful for Monte Carlo Masters
by
Karen Samartha Walker
Even though Novak Djokovic helped his country to win their Davis Cup quarter final match against Sam Querrey and led Serbia all the way to semifinal where they will take on Canada, it came at a price that was unfortunate and unexpected. The World No. 1 during his first reverse singles encounter against the American No. 1 suffered an ankle injury on his right foot while taking a shot during a rally in the first set, that has left him in a position that might force him to skip the Monte Carlo Masters that starts in mid-April. For this reason, the 25-year-old will now make a late decision as far as his participation in the event is concerned. A statement on his official website reads that the world's top player has undergone an MRI examination, which revealed that there was no structural damage to the joint capsule and ligaments.
