Jason Kidd: Getting Better With Age
by
P. Albert
It has become common knowledge that once NBA players start to age, their skills and their value start to decline. For Jason Kidd, however, that has not been the case. While it is true that he is no longer as quick or as explosive as he once was during his prime years with the New Jersey Nets, Kidd is still a very solid point guard. Even at the age of 39, Kidd's leadership and play making abilities make him a valuable asset to have on any team.

Jason Kidd and Steve Nash - Ageless Wonders?
by
Nathan Gero
In every sport, age eventually catches up to us. No matter how reluctant we may be to admit it, each year brings an athlete closer to his end. Speed and strength fade, injuries catch up, and the overall mental drains associated with years of training and competing eventually take their toll on the body.

The Kidd Games Are Finally Over
by
Tim Scott
What has been months of Jason Kidd begging to be traded has seemed to finally paid off. The Mavericks and Nets on Wednesday have reached an agreement in principle on a Kidd deal that would send Jason Kidd and Malik Allen to Dallas in exchange for Devin Harris, Jerry Stackhouse, DeSagana Diop, Devean George and Maurice Ager. Sources also say that Dallas will send the Nets the league maximum $3 million, the Mavericks first round draft pick and a first rounder in 2010.

Dallas Mavericks - Looking Into The Crystal Ball
by
Jacob Davis
On February 18, three days before this year's NBA trade deadline, Jason Kidd finally made his return to Dallas. This, all after almost two weeks of different reports that J-Kidd was coming to be a Dallas Maverick. Since his acquisition, the Dallas Mavericks are a mediocre 9-8, four and a half games back of the Western Conference lead in seventh place, and most importantly 0-8 against serious NBA Championship contenders.

Dallas Maverick's "Trade" All Makes Sense
by
Jacob Davis
Mark Cuban never intended for Devin Harris, Desagana Diop, Maurice Ager, Jerry Stackhouse, or Devean George to leave for the New Jersey Nets. I think that's definitely clear, at least in my mind, until he proves otherwise.

Adding A Little French Flavor In The NBA
by
P. Albert
Tony Parker first came into the league when he was just 19 years old. He was chosen with the 28th overall pick by the San Antonio Spurs during the 2001 NBA Draft. He primarily played as a backup to then Spurs point guard Antonio Daniels. He would go on to become a starter for 77 games and posted some pretty respectable averages in his rookie season.
