Five Potential Transfer Targets For Arsenal FC
by
Thierry Henry
It is no secret that Arsenal FC desperately need a second centre-forward of reasonable quality - if not world class talents - to shoulder some of the goal scoring burden from Olivier Giroud. The Frenchman's understudy Nicklas Bendtner was beginning to show some positive signs before an ankle sprain soon after the New Year sidelined him for a month.

EPL 2011-12 Preview: Newcastle Vs Everton
by
Suresh Iyer
Newcastle are set to host Everton, in match week 11 of the Premier League, on Saturday, November 5, 2011. Newcastle have proved to be the surprise packet of the season, and are currently just behind the Manchester clubs, on the points table; they are also the only team other than Man City to remain unbeaten, this season. Head to head, these sides have played 20 league matches, in the last 10 years, with each side winning 7, while the remaining 6 ended in stalemates. The last time they met was at the same venue, in March 2011; Everton won that game 2-1.

EPL 2011-12 Preview: Manchester City Vs Newcastle
by
Suresh Iyer
Manchester City are due to host Newcastle, on Saturday, November 19, 2011, in match week 12. Mancini's men are coming off a thrilling 3-2 away win at QPR, in match week 11. For all of QPR's good showing, City appear unstoppable this season, and their various rivals have shipped 39 goals in 11 games against Mancini's wards. Newcastle edged out Everton in a tense home encounter, at St James' Park, in match week 11. Ryan Taylor's 29th minute goal was sufficient to gain the hosts full points after an own goal by Heitinga on 12 minutes gave the Magpies the lead. The eventual score flattered Newcastle a trifle, after being subjected to a tremendous fight by Everton, but though Rodwell scored for the Toffees on 90 minutes, it was too little too late, as Newcastle held on grimly to take away all three points.

Around the English Premier League - Round 37
by
Camilla Mancini
Manchester City is holding the reins of the Barclays with an advantage of eight goals over the Red Devils, after a triumph conquered by Yaya Toure. Winning the Premier League title would be Mancini's most important achievement since its appearance in the English football scene, more than two years ago; especially because none of the Citizens' coaches in the last 44 years have been able to deliver the honour to the club.

Euro 2012 Team Profile: France
by
Gokul Muthukumaresan
French football legend Thierry Henry once said, "I eat football, I sleep football, I breathe football. I'm not mad, I'm just passionate." Two years ago, he couldn't prevent his team from going down in the first round of the FIFA world cup. Since then, French football has been patchy and inconsistent. When Raymond Domenech paved way for Laurent Blanc to be the head coach, skeptics predicted a free fall. However, Blanc has performed a decent job and guided his team to their fourth consecutive Euro appearance. Can he take his team all the way to attain glory? Or will they stumble in their path? These questions will be answered in the next couple of weeks.

Stoke City Vs Arsenal - My Comments
by
Mondiu Jaiyesimi
I am actually surprised that a lot of people complained about the way we failed to breakdown a resolute Stoke City defence and grab some goals. Well for me, I was more concerned about how we would deal with their horribly bullying set pieces and long ball tactics. It even got worse...
