Media Menace In India
by
Rajesh Raghunathan
Come prime time, you like it or not, you got to taste the bitterness of the freshly "fabricated" news presented almost everyday by 24-hour news channels. The world has witnessed rulers of different kind. But it has never been tormented the way it is subjected to now in the hands of the extremely powerful, yet highly irresponsible ruler, MEDIA. Media is ruling the world and today it is ruthlessly powerful. They can make a demigod out of dust and can dump heaps of diamond as garbage... yes! Media is ruthlessly powerful.

EMI Movie Review - EMI Does Not Hold Interest
by
Arunraj V.S.
EMI is an insipid attempt at making movie. It looks like a half hearted job. The movie was shaped to be a light hearted film with a social message and in many ways, Sattar Bhai of EMI takes on Munnabhai of Munnabhai Series...Unsuccessfully.

Review: Double Dhamaal
by
Charu A Mahesh
It's the season of sequels! After last week's Bheja Fry 2, which got a thanda response, all eyes were on Double Dhamaal, the sequel to 2007's comedy Dhamaal. With obvious comparisons in tow, Double Dhamaal manages to create just a stir and No Dhamaal, forget it being Double.

Film Kidnap Movie Review
by
Jaish D
The director Sanjay Gadhavi after directing some hit movies like Dhoom and Dhoom 2 definitely has faltered with the plot in Kidnap. Kidnap also does find parallels to the flick Zinda in terms of kidnapping theme. The movie Kidnap ignites intial interest, gets on to the waning mode with a lax plot, only to bow out without any fizzle.

EMI Review - Watch at Your Own Risk
by
Gautam Chintamani
The biggest let down of EMI is the sinking feeling that the film carries right from the word go. The flawed screenplay wastes so much time just setting up the predictable premise that you give up on the film even before it really takes off. The second half is so disjointed that it looks like some other film altogether.

Kidnap Movie Review - Cleavage Leverage in Kidnap
by
Arunraj V.S.
Sanjay Gadhvi is never known to make good films(Dhoom series worked because of stars, period) and the stars did not come to his rescue when he made the legendary flop of all times, Tashan. Sanjay wanted creative freedom to do things the way he wanted, which is why he directed Kidnap, without Yash Raj butting in. Sorry to say, but Sanjay Gadhvi has proved that Tashan's flop status was not a fluke.

Till Devil Does Us Apart
by
Suchi Goyal
Divorce seems to be the flavour of the season. Barely five months into her marriage to the Nepali businessman Samrat Dahal, Manisha Koirala the talented but quirky actress, was back in news for all the wrong reasons.

Bollywood Movie Review - Lage Raho Munnabhai
by
Thanaseelan Vengadasalam
Okay fingers up, how many of you have seen this movie? May not be a blockbuster or a box office hit hindi movie but it is definitely worth a watch. Perhaps more than once. Why? Just imagine, Sanjay Dutt tackling his enemy by following the principles of Mahatma Gandhi. For the uninitiated, he is a beefcaked bollywood actor with a really mean mafia look who looks like a former Brisbane Lions regular player. I was referring to the former of course.
