Sensory Perception
by
Sukie Baxter
Sensory perception is crucial to a healthy, mobile body. The nerves in your body are constantly sending you feedback about the world around you, but it's a use it or lose it proposition. If you don't exercise your nervous system, it will stop sending you information. Pretty soon, you're struggling with reduced range of motion and stiffness.
