Happy New Year Wishes
Anno Nuovo Felice - Happy New Year
by
Constance Grayson
One of the most memorable New Year's Eve celebrations I have ever attended was in Pietralunga, Italy. My husband, Bert, and I had left the States the day after Christmas and arrived at our house, Caifiordi, on Dec. 27th. Our initial plan had been to spend a quiet New Year's Eve with a home cooked Italian meal by the fireplace at Caifiordi.

Happy New Year Resolution
by
Arthur Tassinello
Did you ring out the old and ring in the new with another New Years Resolution? Well, this New Year is like any other and is simply the dates on the calendar changing again. While you may have decided to make a resolution again this year to change some aspect of your life, or your whole life this can be done at any time, and on any day regardless of the date on the calendar. Make a resolution for the rest of your life to have lasting success, harmony and happiness.

Happy New Year in 6 Different Languages!
by
Kevin Garcia
Unless you are a Celtic pagan (and they are out there so I don't mean to slight them) and a number of others, your New Year comes at the beginning of January. I have collected the phrase "Happy New Year" in several different languages so that you can either impress (or annoy) your friends, or actually use the phrase to someone who doesn't speak English.

Happy New Year From a Man That Lost Almost Everything
by
Linda Hertz
He was a man that had everything and then lost "almost" everything in 2011. He was calling to wish me a Happy New Year and then realized what he had gained in 2011 just may have been far more than what he lost. Happy New Year had a new meaning and perhaps by losing what most would consider losing it all..he may have just found something he never appreciated before. Happy New Year had a new meaning. I share this story with you. Happy New Year!

Happy New Year 2010 - And Reflections on the Past
by
David Snape
Not long ago, the clock struck midnight and it is now 2010 where I live. Some places have not quite reached midnight yet, but will soon. I want to wish everyone a happy New Year. If 2009 was not a good year for you, I hope this one will be a lot better. If 2009 was a good year, I wish you continued happiness for 2010.
