The former tank commander often sounds paranoid about the possibility of his assassination or overthrow. In fact, in 2005 he made world news by telling the press that America was developing plans to assassinate him. The United States Department of State would reject his accusation as "wild."

Well, I don't know about you, but I am quite bothered by how the media is playing the death of Hugo Chavez. I can understand if the media which is controlled by the government in Venezuela is making him out to be literally a Simon Bolivar reincarnated, and someone who will go down in the history of Latin America as one of the greatest leaders ever to have walked the planet. However, we in America know the truth, or we should, and I find it rather unnerving that are left-leaning media will promote Hugo Chavez's name and protect his legacy into the annals of history.

The President of Venezuela has decided that elections are simply not needed, he will be glad to stay in power for as long as he wants the job, for now that would be indefinitely. Perhaps, he would like to keep it in the family and start a monarchy or just make himself a king and stay in power. Of course, many people who work with him, will not speak up, as they kind of like their job and their life.

If you'll recall last time he spoke at the United Nations he criticized the United States, and President George W. Bush, indicating that he was a sulfur-laden Devil of some type.

President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela has died, and many are waiting the three week celebratory funeral procession, one I believe to not be deserved. What many do not understand, especially out here in Hollywood California, is that Chavez had brought financial ruin to huge amounts of that population as he attempted to redistribute wealth, and as time went on the poor were poorer, the wealthy, many had left, unless they were on Chavez's insider track, others lost everything. The middle class nearly permanently destroyed. That's the truth, the truth needs to be told.

Why is it that people who find themselves in despair give up, and then cling to hope and change from any socialist politician who comes along? Why does history keep repeating itself over and over again? Today, I'd like to discuss how Hugo Chavez while he was amongst the living was able to lead Venezuela's population into ruin - social and economic collapse in less than a decade. But before I do, he's certainly not the only one in history to have done this, and unfortunately judging by what's happening around the world today, he won't be the last.
